Elegance: a display pedestal built to order

A column 100 centimetres tall with a 35 cm plate, built to order. The Elegance is not a stock item: each unit goes into production once the order is confirmed.

That method of production changes the nature of the product. Where our standard models ship from stock, the Elegance is made for an identified project, which leaves room to adjust certain parameters at the point of order rather than working around a fixed format.

The underlying specification stays that of the range: steel, a 50-kilogram safe working load, black or white. If your requirement matches the standard format exactly and lead time matters, the Contemporanio pedestal offers the same dimensions as a series model.

Collectors and private buyers

Best reserved for projects where the pedestal has to match a particular work or an existing scheme precisely. For an ordinary requirement, our series models are available far sooner.

Ordering to specification: what we need from you

An exhibition pedestal built to outlast the show

Made to order, the Elegance is a steel sculpture support conceived as a piece of durable equipment rather than a display accessory. Metal does not move, does not bow and asks for no particular upkeep: this plinth will serve as long as the works it carries.

The steel used is endlessly recyclable without loss of properties, and manufacture takes place in France. Producing to order also avoids dormant stock and unsold goods, which remains the most frugal way to make things.
